Hello Dear Ones,
Cause and effect is not only a spiritual law, it’s a physical law as well. Most of us are not aware of how this works and how it affects us.
Every action has a consequence and if we are not mindful of the end result we sabotage ourselves. I take my time and tap into myself by breathing deeply and checking out how I’m responding internally. If I’m comfortable it’s a sign to proceed with the course of action, if I feel anxiety or any negative emotions, I know the ego is showing up. This is not an option so I ask for Divine assistance and continue breathing until I’m in my comfort zone.
I am always grateful for Divine assistance.

I believe what you published was very reasonable. But, what about this?
what if you wrote a catchier post title? I ain’t suggesting
your content isn’t solid., but suppose you added a title to possibly grab
folk’s attention? I mean Cause And Effect | Enhancing Lives 413 is kinda plain. You could peek at
Yahoo’s front page and watch how they write news titles to grab viewers
interested. You might try adding a video
or a pic or two to grab readers excited about everything’ve written. In my opinion, it would make
your posts a little livelier.
